1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using GradWorks.in ("the Website" or"Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not access or use the Website.

2. Description of Service

GradWorks provides free job discovery for candidates across internships, fresher, junior, mid-level, and senior roles in India, including public-source job aggregation, saved jobs, notifications, and profile tools, alongside subscription plans for recruiters to post vacancies and search candidates.

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

When creating an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete details. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for any activity under your account. You agree not to:

• Upload fake credentials, deceptive resumes, or false work histories.
• Attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or harvest data from the platform.
• Expose production credentials or abuse API routes.

4. Payment & Refund Terms

Certain features on the platform are paid (such as recruiter postings). All transactions are processed through Razorpay. Recruiter plans are billed on a recurring monthly or annual schedule. Cancellation rules and refund eligibility are detailed at checkout.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall GradWorks, its founders, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to the outcome of job applications, third-party listings, or employer communications.

6. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
