* **Telesales Executive:** A pivotal role in expanding our customer base and promoting our financial products. This entry\-level position is ideal for fresher’s, college students, or interns who are eager to build a career in sales \& finance industry. It constitutes assisting the sales and marketing team in developing and implementing strategies to increase business and generate new opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

§ Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.

§ Lead Generation: Reach out to prospective clients via calls, emails, and other communication channels to generate leads.

§ Customer Acquisition: Assist in acquiring new customers by promoting Bajaj Securities products and services.

§ Sales Support: Provide support to the sales team in client meetings, presentations, and follow\-up communications.

§ Product Knowledge: Learn about various financial products, investment options, and services offered by Bajaj Securities.

§ Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with clients by offering relevant solutions based on their financial needs.

§ Reporting \& Analysis: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports to track performance and provide feedback to the team.

§ Networking: Participate in events, seminars, and workshops to build a network of potential clients and enhance brand presence.

2\. **Relationship Manager/Equity Dealer:** build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast\-paced, target driven environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

§ Develop and execute relationship management strategies to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

§ Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth through upselling and cross\-selling.

§ Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

§ Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to ensure alignment and effective communication.

§ Provide timely and accurate reporting on client interactions, sales performance, and market trends.

§ Stay up\-to\-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge.

§ Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of clients' business needs, goals, and challenges.

§ Foster a culture of excellent customer service, ensuring that client expectations are met or exceeded.

**Timings**:

§ Monday to Friday: 9:00am to 6:00pm

§ Saturday: 10:00am to 5:00pm

§ Sundays and Public Holidays off.

Salary and remuneration solely depend on the experience, skills and performance.
