Are you a digital storyteller who knows how to make technology look "cool"? We are looking for a **Social Media Executive** to take the lead on building the online brand for **Urosecure**.com
This isn't just about posting pictures; it’s about creating a narrative that resonates with School Principals, SME owners, and parents. You will be responsible for turning our tech solutions into engaging content that drives inquiries and builds trust across the NCR.
**Key Responsibilities**
* **Content Creation:** Design, write, and produce daily content (Reels, Carousels, Posts) for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
* **Storytelling from the Field:** Collaborate with our sales team to turn client success stories and product installations into "behind\-the\-scenes" videos.
* **Community Engagement:** Manage comments and messages; engage with educational influencers and SME communities in India.
* **LinkedIn Growth:** Specifically focus on LinkedIn to reach school administrators and business leaders through professional thought\-leadership posts.
* **Ad Monitoring:** Basic management of boosted posts and simple ad campaigns to target the Delhi\-NCR geography.
**What We Are Looking For**
* **The "Semi\-Fresher" Edge:** You have 6\+ months of experience managing professional social media accounts (personal projects or internships count!).
* **Visual Skills:** Proficiency in **Canva**, CapCut, or Adobe Express. You should be able to edit a Reel in under 20 minutes.
* **Writing Style:** Ability to write professional yet engaging copy in English and Hinglish (for better local reach in NCR).
* **Platform Knowledge:** You understand the difference between what works on LinkedIn (B2B) vs. Instagram (B2C).
* **Creative Initiative:** You don't wait for instructions; you see a trend and suggest how Urosecure.com can jump on it.
