Site Engineer / Manager
We are looking for Site Engineer/Manager for our Wind \& Solar Projects
**Key Responsibilities**
**Survey**
Ø Conduct ground surveys, topographical surveys, and boundary measurements for wind / Solar project sites.
Ø Operate and manage GPS/DGPS instruments for accurate coordinate and land data collection.
Ø Perform WTG position surveys, micro\-siting verification, and layout validation as per engineering guidelines and adhere to the regulations of MNRE.
Ø Prepare and update AutoCAD drawings, including site layouts, topographic maps, and WTG marking.
Ø Carry out village map digitization, converting physical maps into digital formats for land assessment and super\-impose them on Google Earth Files.
Ø Use Google Earth for preliminary mapping, plotting coordinates, and site visualization.
Ø Prepare field documents, survey plans, measurement sheets, and progress reports.
Ø Coordinate with internal teams, landowners, and local authorities for smooth survey operations.
Ø Ensure all survey work adheres to quality, accuracy, ethics and safety standards.
**Land Acquisition**
Ø Coordinate with Land aggregators / Local coordinators \& Visit the Land options as per requirement.
Ø Compile information of site visits \& prepare site visit report.
Ø Verify documents provided by Land aggregators / Land Owners.
Ø Coordinate the land demarcation with Land owner, Identify \& report ROW issues related to land at site
**Preference/ requirement:\-**
Ø Previous experience in Land acquisition for Solar/ Wind projects
Ø Basic knowledge of land revenue documents \& document registration
Ø Basic knowledge of MS excel \& Word.
Ø Willing to travel extensively
**Educational Qualification**
Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, Geomatics, or related field.
Additional certification in GIS or surveying will be an advantage.

Contract length: 12 months
Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹55,000\.00 per month
