Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and innovative Marketing Intern to join our team. The selected candidate will support digital marketing strategies, social media campaigns, promotions, and engagement initiatives aligned with our cause.
Key Responsibilities
● Conduct insightful NGO case studies and environmental research (Odisha-focused) to generate meaningful findings.
● Analyze CSR campaigns to understand strategies, impact, and effectiveness.
● Create engaging content assets including hashtag banks, captions, and high-converting hooks.
● Identify and map relevant influencers while developing strong brand pitches for collaborations.
● Handle social media management, including engagement, promotion, and growth strategies.
● Develop persuasive ad copies and campaign creatives for digital promotions.
● Design impactful awareness posters and actively contribute to fundraising initiatives.
● Compile and present a final report & professional portfolio showcasing all contributions and learnings.
Eligibility Criteria
● Students or recent graduates with a passion for marketing and social work.
● Good understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
● Basic knowledge of SEO, Canva , or any marketing tools is a plus.
● Strong communication, creativity, and time management skills.
● Ability to work independently and deliver results on time.
