About this role

**About Company**

Flo Mobility is building autonomous robots for construction sites. Our FLO\-Hauler (MMR) handles heavy material movement, 500kg payloads, electric, remote\-controlled so that workers can focus on work that actually needs a human. We operate on a Robot\-as\-a\-Service model and are deploying across India and the Middle East.

Job Role

**Prospecting \& Outreach**

● Research and build targeted lists of contractors, builders, and EPC companies across India ● Execute cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns to key decision\-makers at construction firms

● Follow up persistently and professionally across channels

● Qualify relevant leads and hand over to sales team

● Maintain clean, updated records of all outreach activity and lead status in the CRM

**Pipeline Support**

● Support the sales team with account research ahead of meetings and demos

● Flag patterns in responses and rejections — what's working, what isn't

● Assist in drafting outreach sequences, follow\-up templates, and prospecting playbooks.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

● Final year student or recent graduate

● Strong written communication

● Organised and self\-driven; can manage your own task list without hand\-holding

● Curious about construction, infrastructure, or B2B sales, prior exposure is a bonus, not a requirement

● Based in Bengaluru or willing to relocate for the duration

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
