Summary:
As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your daily activities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, developing effective solutions, and ensuring applications align with organizational goals. You will actively participate in problem-solving, team discussions, and contribute to successful project delivery using your application development expertise.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the relevant domain.
• Collaborate with team members and manage team activities effectively.
• Take ownership of team-level decisions.
• Engage with multiple stakeholders and contribute to critical decision-making.
• Provide solutions to technical challenges for your team as well as across teams.
• Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to improve team capabilities.
• Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of application features.
Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must Have: Strong proficiency in Kinaxis.
• Good to Have: Experience with supply chain management software.
• Solid understanding of application development methodologies.
• Experience in application integration with existing systems.
• Familiarity with Agile development practices.
Additional Information:
• Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Kinaxis is required.
• Job location: Chennai .
• 15 years of full-time education is mandatory.
