About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources operations remotely. This internship provides hands-on exposure to recruitment, HR coordination, documentation, and employee engagement processes.

This role is suitable for candidates interested in gaining practical HR experience within a dynamic real estate organization.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update employee and intern records

Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates

Coordinate interview scheduling and onboarding documentation

Post and manage job listings on hiring platforms

Support attendance and engagement tracking

Prepare HR-related reports and documentation

Respond to routine HR queries and assist in daily operations

Required Skills & Qualifications

Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment cycles

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Familiarity with HR tools or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage

Eligibility

Available for a remote internship within India

Able to commit for at least 3 months

Students or recent graduates in HR, Business Administration, or Management are encouraged to apply
