**Role Overview**
As an HR Recruiter, you will handle the complete hiring process. Your main responsibility will be to find the right candidates, conduct interviews, and help build a strong team as the company grows.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Recruitment \& Hiring**
* Post jobs on platforms like LinkedIn and job portals
* Search and shortlist candidates
* Take initial interviews and check candidate suitability
* Coordinate interviews with managers
**Process Management**
* Manage candidate data and ATS system
* Prepare job descriptions and offer letters
* Maintain hiring records and reports
**Employer Branding**
* Represent the company at job fairs and events
* Help maintain social media and careers page
* Build connections with colleges and referral sources
**Onboarding \& Support**
* Help new employees join and settle in
* Maintain employee records
* Support engagement activities and HR tasks
**Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
* 1–2 years of recruitment experience
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Basic knowledge of hiring tools and HR processes
* Ability to manage multiple hiring roles
**Good to Have**
* Experience in healthcare or IT hiring
* Knowledge of tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
* Basic understanding of medical billing or RCM
* Fluency in English and Hindi/Gujarati
