Role Description
This is an unpaid internship position for an HR Generalist Intern with Small Fare®. In this fully remote role, you will assist with day-to-day HR activities, including creating and implementing HR policies, supporting employee benefits management, and learning HR compliance best practices. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic team, contribute to strategic HR initiatives, and gain practical experience in a fast-growing, innovative organization.
Qualifications
• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) concepts and processes
• Understanding of HR Management and development of HR Policies
• Familiarity with Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a remote environment
• Proficiency in using HR software and tools is a plus
• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
