Role brief:
We are hiring an intern who will be responsible for the end-to-end host operations, including profile management, onboarding coordination, and compliance checks. The role involves maintaining accurate data across internal platforms, managing logistics, and assisting with travel and financial processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of host-related activities and seamless onboarding experiences.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and update host profiles on internal platforms (GoodyOS) with accuracy and completeness
• Coordinate with internal teams to set up host accounts, including email creation and access
• Support scheduling and logistics for host onboarding and training sessions
• Share onboarding materials and track documentation completion
• Conduct basic due diligence to ensure all host documents are accurate and compliant
• Maintain and update internal trackers, databases, and operational dashboards
• Assist with travel coordination and ticket bookings for hosts during events
• Support financial/operational processes such as updating transactions on platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of host-related processes
