Role Overview:
We’re seeking a GTM Intern to support our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams in driving operational efficiency and enabling data-driven decision-making. You’ll work closely with leadership to streamline processes, analyze performance metrics, and help align all revenue-generating functions for scalable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in optimizing end-to-end revenue processes across Sales, Marketing, and CS.
Support CRM management (HubSpot/Zoho) — ensuring data hygiene and process consistency.
Help build and maintain dashboards to track pipeline health, conversion rates, and key KPIs.
Work with leadership on forecasting and sales planning support.
Ensure smooth lead flow between marketing and sales, with proper tracking and reporting.
Collaborate cross-functionally to align on goals and performance metrics.
Contribute to tool integrations and automation projects for better operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Recent graduate or final-year student in B.Tech, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Basic understanding of CRMs (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and sales funnels.
Proficient in AI/Google Sheets; familiarity with AI tools is a plus.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Eagerness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of WhatsApp or CRM integrations.
Interest in SaaS, B2B sales, or marketing analytics.
Familiarity with SQL or data visualization tools.
