About the Team and the Role

We are looking for an exceptional Founder’s Office Intern to work directly with the COO on high-priority initiatives across strategy, operations, research, and execution.

This is not a routine internship. You will work on real business problems, drive important projects forward, and get a front-row seat to how a fast-moving company is built and run. You will be trusted with meaningful work, exposed to senior decision-making, and expected to think clearly, move quickly, and take ownership.

This role is ideal for someone ambitious, highly driven, structured in their thinking, and excited to learn by doing.

What you will do

• Work directly with the COO on strategic and operational projects across the company
• Conduct market, customer, competitor, and industry research
• Build structured analyses, trackers, dashboards, and decision-support materials
• Help prepare presentations, business reviews, and internal planning documents
• Track key initiatives, identify blockers, and help drive follow-through
• Coordinate across teams to keep important projects moving
• Support process improvement and problem-solving on critical business issues
• Take on special projects as priorities evolve

• Final-year student or recent graduate from a strong undergraduate or postgraduate program
• Prior internship, leadership, or project experience in startups, consulting, operations, finance, product, research, or other problem-solving roles
• Evidence of initiative through student leadership, competitions, side projects, internships, or founder-led environments
