About the Role
Location: Hiranandani Estate, Thane Stipend: ₹7,000 / month Duration: 5 Months Timings: 10: 30 AM – 6: 30 PM (Monday to Saturday) ***Key Responsibilities*** *\-Identify and generate potential leads through calls, social media, references, and* *online platforms* *\-Assist the sales team in client follow\-ups and relationship management* *\-Conduct market research on property trends, competitors, and customer preferences* *\-Maintain and update customer databases and CRM records* *\-Schedule meetings, site visits, and property presentations for clients* *\-Support in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials* *\-Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and documentation* *\-Help organize promotional events, campaigns, and networking activities* *\-Provide regular reports on lead generation and sales activities* ***Requirements*** *\-Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real* *Estate, or related field* *\-Strong communication and interpersonal skills* *\-Basic understanding of sales and business development concepts* *\-Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)* *\-Good negotiation and presentation skills* *\-Self\-motivated, confident, and eager to learn* *\-Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment* ***Preferred Skills*** \-Knowledge of real estate market trends \-Experience with CRM tools or digital marketing platforms \-Strong networking abilities \-Fluency in English and local language(s) ***What You Will Gain*** \-Practical exposure to the real estate industry \-Hands\-on experience in sales and client management \-Opportunity to work with experienced professionals \-Networking opportunities and career growth \-Certificate and Letter of Recommendation based on performance ***How to Apply*** Send your resume to: hr.scalingstructures@gmail.com **or Contact : 8652549395** Pay: ₹4,000\.00 \- ₹5,000\.00 per month
