Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to potential prospects and introduce Steps AI's products and services. - Identify decision-makers, qualify leads, and schedule product demo meetings for the sales team. - Follow up with prospects through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn to nurture potential opportunities. - Conduct lead research, prospect identification, and maintain accurate records of outreach activities in CRM tools. - Support the sales and marketing team with prospect list building, data collection, and various growth initiatives. - Learn and implement outbound sales best practices to improve prospecting effectiveness and conversion rates.

Requirements

Cold Calling and B2B Sales Other

Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Confidence in speaking with new people and conducting cold calls. - Positive attitude, resilience, and ability to handle rejection professionally. - Basic understanding of business communication and sales processes. - Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools, and professional networking platforms is a plus. - Interest in startups, technology, AI, SaaS, and B2B sales. - Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. - Students, recent graduates, or freshers looking to build a career in sales and business development. - Candidates with prior internship experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles will have an added advantage. - Individuals who are energetic, enthusiastic, persistent, and willing to take ownership of their work.
