We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused and result-driven Product Sales Executive to join our retail store team. Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist customers visiting the store. Understand customer skin and hair concerns and recommend suitable products. Deliver an exceptional customer experience through personalized consultations.

Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets. Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases. Educate customers about product ingredients, benefits and usage. Maintain store cleanliness, product displays and inventory organization. Upsell and cross-sell products based on customer requirements.

Collect customer information for follow-ups and retention activities. Support promotional campaigns, store events and brand activations. Coordinate with the store manager for stock replenishment and operational tasks. Required SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales and customer service mindset.

Passion for skincare, haircare and beauty products. Ability to understand customer needs and provide personalized solutions. Positive attitude and professional appearance. Comfortable using billing systems and digital tools.

Preferred Qualifications13 years of experience in retail sales, cosmetics, skincare, beauty stores, salons, pharmacies or wellness brands.
