Job Details

Experience: managing personal, college, or organization social media pages. Basic knowledge of content writing, graphic design, or video editing. Familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, or Premiere Pro. Understanding of SEO, hashtags, and social media analytics is a plus. Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
• Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Write compelling captions, posts, and promotional content aligned with the company's branding strategy.
• Design basic social media creatives using Canva or similar design tools.
• Monitor social media channels and engage with followers, comments, and messages.
• Research industry trends, competitors, and content ideas to improve social media performance.
• Support the creation of employer branding, workplace culture, and recruitment-related content.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather information for social media posts and campaigns.
• Track social media performance metrics and prepare reports on engagement and reach.
• Assist in creating blogs, newsletters, and marketing materials as required.
• Required Skills Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and branding.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Express, or similar design tools.
