Experience: Strong expertise in AD, Azure AD, GPO, DNS, LDAPs Hands-on experience with PKI and certificate lifecycle management Familiar with ITIL processes and tools like ServiceNow Working knowledge of networking, OS, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) Good analytical and communication skills
Experience: working in global/remote team environments
Responsibilities
Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory, DNS, GPO, Azure AD/Entra ID Handle PKI/certificate management and related requests Participate in and lead domain-specific IT projects Define and implement IT processes, documentation, and best practices Provide technical support , training, and user assistance Proactively maintain account hygiene, security policies, and system health Coordinate with international teams and align with global IT standards Required Skills &
