In this practice, you’ll get: Work on high-impact topics like long-range strategy, positioning, org design, and growth theses. Hands-on GTM and revenue acceleration exposure—white space, offering design, account strategy (Zinnov’s KPA framework), channels, and leakage reduction.
Transformation and performance work including profitability improvement and post-merger integration / 100-day plans. Market-facing thought leadership through conferences, leadership roundtables, and co-branded research. Role: Consultant 2 – M&A Location : Bangalore / Gurgaon
Job Details
Experience: 1–3 years in Investment Banking, M&A Advisory, Private Equity, Transaction Advisory, or Corporate M&A
Experience: in live transactions is strongly preferred
Experience: using financial databases (Capital IQ, PitchBook, etc.) Strong analytical and problem-solving ability Ability to manage multiple workstreams in tight timelines Strong communication skills and client-facing confidence High ownership mindset and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- (Execution-Heavy Role) You will work directly with senior bankers on live transactions from mandate to closure.
- Transaction Execution Drive financial modeling and valuation (DCF, trading comps, transaction comps) Prepare and manage detailed financial models and scenario analyses Support end-to-end buy-side and sell-side execution Coordinate due diligence processes with clients, investors, and external advisors Manage data rooms and transaction trackers Deal Materials & Analysis Prepare teasers, CIMs, pitch books, management presentations, and investment memos Conduct industry research and target screening within the tech ecosystem Analyze financial statements and operating metrics of tech businesses Develop benchmarking and valuation analyses Client Interaction Participate in founder and investor discussions Support negotiation and transaction documentation processes Work closely with CXOs and decision-makers in fast-growing tech companies
Requirements
Strong financial modeling and valuation skills High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (must-have)
