About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Intern will support the HR and Talent Acquisition team in executing end-to-end recruitment activities. This role provides hands-on exposure to candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and hiring operations, while offering practical insight into modern recruitment tools, processes, and employer branding initiatives.
This internship is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about building a career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition and are eager to learn in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing & Screening Source and engage potential candidates through job portals, social media platforms, professional networks, and referrals Review and screen resumes to assess role suitability Conduct initial candidate interactions or screening calls to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit Interview Coordination & Hiring Support Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and interview panel members Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with candidates throughout the interview process Support the team in driving closure of open positions within defined timelines Recruitment Operations & ATS Management Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Track recruitment progress and assist with reporting when required Support documentation and compliance related to the hiring process Employer Branding & Process Improvement Assist in executing recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives Contribute ideas and insights during brainstorming sessions to improve sourcing strategies and hiring workflows Help enhance the overall candidate experience through structured and timely engagement Eligibility &
Qualifications
Educational Background Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline Skills & Competencies Strong verbal and written communication skills Enthusiastic, energetic, and proactive attitude Ability to take initiative and work independently with guidance Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Keen interest in building a career in Talent Acquisition and HR
