About the Role

1. Prepare architectural drawings in CAD or Revit in alignment with industry-standard Levels of Development (LOD). 2. Prepare Electrical, ELV, Plumbing, Fire, and HVAC ducting drawings based on architectural layouts. 3. Develop 3D rendered architectural and structural models using Enscape and BIM software such as Revit. 4.

Create both parametric and non-parametric Revit families tailored to client specifications. 5. Model architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to ensure design accuracy and integration. 6. Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external architects to meet project requirements. 7. Produce detailed as-built models for project delivery. 8.

Evaluate Bills of Quantities. 9. Maintain drawing logs and records. 10. Conduct site inspection visits as and when necessary to map the project scope.
