• 1.
• Read and understand all the awarded project documents, specification and contract requirements.
• 2.
• Provide technical guidance on curtain wall, cladding, glazing and all related façade drawing works for design team.
• 3.
• Coordinate with internal team for the façade works submission schedule, track / monitor properly for the submission, reply and approval to avoid delaying of façade works.
• And highlight to the team if any issues and risk for the project timeline/schedule.
• 4.
• Lead façade design review and ensure compliance with codes and project specifications and requirements.
• 5.Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers, etc.. to resolve all the design / technical issues, and get acceptance from external related parties for the design proposal.
• 6.
• Attend all necessary internal and external meetings.
• 7.
• Prepare meeting agenda and meeting minutes 8.
• Raise RFIs and monitor the reply timely.
• 9.
• Maintain proper record and documentation to monitor submission, replies, confirmation and approval.
• 10.Support project operations through administrative and coordination tasks as required, including but not limited to: -Material Samples submission and comments / approval -Material proposal and comments / approval -Any site works support when required - Any site works QA/QC support - Cost proposal / submission for any design changes, additional / omission works 11.Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

• At least degree holder in relevant fields 2.
• Strong technical façade design experience min.
• 8 years 3.Communication skills are a major part of this role as extensive liaison with clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers is necessary to ensure project commitments are met.
• Working Hours: Monday-Friday: 9: 00am - 6: 00pm Alternate Saturdays: 9: 00am - 1: 00pm ( WFH arrangement available after 3 months of probation.)
