About the Role
Strategic Leadership Develop and execute the company's long-term business strategy. Identify growth opportunities in the beauty, wellness, and personal care sectors. Lead market expansion initiatives in Singapore and overseas markets. Establish strategic partnerships with beauty brands, distributors, suppliers, and investors.
Business Development Drive sales growth and revenue generation. Explore new product lines, beauty technologies, and service offerings. Develop marketing and branding strategies to strengthen market presence. Build relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Operations Management Oversee daily business operations and ensure operational efficiency.
Monitor financial performance, budgets, and profitability targets. Implement policies and procedures to support business growth. Ensure compliance with all Singapore regulatory requirements. Team Leadership Recruit, mentor, and develop management and operational teams. Foster a high-performance corporate culture.
Establish KPIs and performance measurement systems across departments. Financial & Corporate Governance Manage financial planning, forecasting, and resource allocation. Present business performance reports to shareholders and directors. Ensure effective risk management and corporate governance practices.
Drive cost optimization while maintaining service quality.
Job Details
Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of senior management or executive leadership experience. Proven track record in beauty, aesthetics, wellness, healthcare, retail, FMCG, or related industries.
Experience: managing P&L and business growth strategies. Strong understanding of Singapore business and regulatory environment. Skills Strategic planning and execution.
