QA & UAT Intern (India)

About the Role

Careflick is building human-centered technology for the future of care and we are looking for a detail-oriented QA / UAT Intern to join our team and help improve the quality and usability of our AI-native SaaS product.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys testing products, identifying issues, documenting workflows, and working closely with product and engineering teams to ensure a smoother customer experience.

What you’ll work on: Test product workflows before customer UAT Identify bugs, usability issues, and workflow gaps Create and maintain test cases, checklists, and QA documentation Validate fixes and conduct regression testing Track issues clearly and coordinate with developers for resolution Support UAT feedback documentation and closure Help ensure every release is customer-ready What we’re looking for: Strong attention to detail Valuable communication and documentation skills Basic understanding of software testing / QA Ability to think from the user’s perspective Comfort working with SaaS products, dashboards, forms, and workflows Familiarity with tools like Jira, Notion, Excel/Sheets, or similar is a plus Prior internship/project experience in QA, product, or software testing is a bonus Who should apply: Students or recent graduates interested in QA, product quality, software testing, or SaaS product operations.
