Responsibilities

• Mentorship (Primary - Onsite at Client Location): Guide and support a batch of 100 interns during daily sessions (6-7 hours).
• Deliver training, conduct code/design reviews, and resolve intern queries.
• Track attendance, performance, and maintain feedback.
• Ensure learning outcomes are met in coordination with SmartX project leads.
• Internal & Client Projects (Secondary) Contribute to ongoing technical development, design, and implementation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure deliverables meet quality standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Java Full Stack development.
• Strong expertise in Spring Boot, REST APIs, Angular/React, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and microservices architecture.
• Prior mentoring/training experience.
• Fluent in English and ability to handle a batch of 100 interns.
• Working Hours Internship Mentoring: 6-7 hours per day Internal Project Work: Remaining hours to complete a full 8-hour workday Why Join Us?
