About the Role
Floor Associate
Responsibilities
Greet customers and offer assistance throughout their shopping experience - Maintain a clean and organized store environment - Restock merchandise and ensure proper product placement - Assist with inventory counts and reporting discrepancies - Operate cash registers and process customer transactions accurately - Provide product knowledge and answer customer inquiries - Monitor and report any issues with store equipment or facilities Good to have: - Previous experience in retail or customer service - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively - Team player with a positive attitude
