Responsibilities

Include • Engage with prospective clients (leads) through calls, messages, and emails to drive enrolments. • Build strong rapport with potential clients to understand their requirements and recommend suitable learning solutions. • Follow up with leads to move them through the enrolment funnel and close conversions. • Work closely with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and improve conversion effectiveness. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions and outcomes in the CRM system. • Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets related to outreach, follow-ups, and conversions. • Stay updated on SkillOrbit’s offerings, new launches, and trends in the EdTech industry to communicate value effectively.
