Job Descriptions Lead full card product lifecycle: virtual and physical card issuance, binding, payments, and UX optimization Own Visa/Mastercard integration, settlement flows, security and compliance requirements Design and refine KYC processes in collaboration with compliance and risk teams Work with growth and marketing on user acquisition, activation, and retention strategies Manage partnerships with issuing banks, card networks, and payment processors Analyze product and user data to drive continuous improvement Explore Web3-native innovations: on-chain top-ups, NFT-linked cards, decentralized identity integrations

• 3+ years in fintech, payments, or card product management Hands-on experience with Visa/MC networks, clearing & settlement, card lifecycle Familiar with KYC/KYT, AML standards, and multi-region compliance Working knowledge of Web3 - wallets, on-chain transactions, stablecoins Strong track record in user growth and cross-functional execution Fluent English comfortable managing international partners If it sounds like your next move, please don't hesitate to apply.
