Conduct daily shop-to-shop visits in assigned commercial hubs, markets, and industrial areas to pitch business loan products to prospective merchants and entrepreneurs. 2. Visit and onboard warm leads assigned by the internal telecalling team and ensure a high conversion rate from lead to application. 3.

Guide customers through the entire loan journey, including initial pitching, documentation collection, digital onboarding, and final disbursement. 4. Own monthly disbursement targets and actively follow up with credit and underwriting teams to resolve queries and ensure fast turnaround times (TAT). 5.

Build and maintain strong relationships with local business communities, trade associations, and merchants to generate organic referrals.

Experience: 0–3 years of experience in field sales (CASA, Credit Cards, Business Loans, LAP, or Gold Loans).
