Sr. Designer - Incinerators

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex project specifications focusing on layout and 3D modeling of incinerator packages and related systems.
• Design and detail complete incinerator systems, including equipment layouts, piping, structural supports, and pipe racks.
• Prepare and review engineering drawings such as general arrangements, fabrication details, foundation plans, piping isometrics, and sectional profiles.
• Ensure compliance with industry codes and standards (ASME, ANSI, API) while maintaining dimensional tolerances.
• Use CADWorx or equivalent 2D/3D CAD software to create and review detailed designs and models.
• Collaborate with lead engineers and global teams to align designs with technical requirements and project goals.
• Lead model and design review meetings with internal teams and clients, resolve design issues, and incorporate feedback.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to maintain quality standards and meet deadlines.
• Mentor junior designers and support multiple projects simultaneously.
• Manage documentation, design changes, and drawing control as per company standards.
• Perform other duties assigned by engineering leadership. ##
