About the Role
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads and converting them into sales within the blue grey collar industry. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering solutions that meet their requirements.
Responsibilities
Prospect and qualify new leads through cold calls, emails, and networking events - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions - Achieve and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis - Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement strategies to attract new clients - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth - Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients - Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention Good to have values: - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets - Knowledge of the blue grey collar industry and relevant market trends ##
