Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Resolve customer queries and issues quickly and efficiently over the phone.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow communication scripts and guidelines when handling different topics to ensure consistency.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide a high level of professional customer support .
- Skills & Competencies Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory .
- The ability to articulate clearly and effectively to an international customer base.
- A confident and positive tone of voice.
- Technical & Professional Skills: Basic computer proficiency, including the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM software or other customer service tools is a plus.
- A positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
