About the Role
As a DIP Executive, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for blue and grey collar jobs within the industry. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements, and ensure a smooth recruitment process from start to finish.
Responsibilities
Source potential candidates through online job boards, social media, and networking events - Review and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates - Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit for open positions - Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and follow up on candidate feedback - Extend job offers and negotiate salaries with candidates - Manage candidate relationships and provide updates throughout the recruitment process - Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires Good to have values: - A passion for helping others find meaningful employment opportunities - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously ##
