Experience: Preferred) Job Type: Full-Time Salary: 18-22k In hand + Incentives Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Debt Recovery Agent who has prior experience in bank loan recovery, collections, or debt recovery processes. The candidate will be responsible for recovering outstanding payments from customers through telephonic communication while maintaining professionalism and compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers via calls to recover overdue payments and outstanding dues.
• Follow up with delinquent customers and negotiate repayment plans.
• Ensure timely collection of pending amounts and achievement of recovery targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, commitments, and payment updates.
• Handle customer queries related to outstanding balances and payment schedules.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve collection-related issues.
• Monitor recovery performance and provide regular status updates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines during collection activities.
• Required Skills Prior experience in bank recovery, collections, or debt recovery.
• Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
• Valid DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) Certification is mandatory.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally.
• Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools. ##
