Guide sellers through the registration and onboarding process on platforms such as Amazon, eBay, and Etsy. 3. Assist sellers in understanding product listing, cataloging, and platform requirements. 4.

Follow up with interested sellers to ensure onboarding completion and account activation. 5. Resolve basic seller queries and coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution. 6. Maintain and update daily activities in CRM systems.
