About the Role
Job Summary We are looking for a smart, customer-focused, and energetic Customer Relationship Executives for our Behala, Park Street and Kestopur Branches to manage customer interactions, ensure excellent service standards, and build strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and the ability to handle customers professionally.

Responsibilities
Handle walk-in customers and provide excellent customer service Explain company products, services, and procedures to customers Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction Follow up with existing and prospective customers regularly Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally Coordinate with branch operations and internal departments Maintain customer records and update CRM/data systems accurately Support business development and customer retention activities Ensure smooth customer onboarding and documentation process Achieve assigned customer engagement and service targets
