About the Role
About the internship: Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Respond to user queries and resolve technical issues via tickets, emails, and chats. 2. Monitor and update the Help & Support section of the app. 3. Troubleshoot common app-related problems and escalate complex issues. 4.
Collaborate with the development team to ensure timely resolutions. 5. Maintain logs and reports to track recurring issues and improvements.

Requirements

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Good communication skills to assist users effectively.

- Basic understanding of mobile apps and troubleshooting.
- 5.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
