Responsibilities

• primarily handles policy, underwriting, and claims-related transactions , supporting brokers/underwriters with documentation, data entry, and processing.
• They ensure accuracy, compliance, and SLA adherence while managing high volumes of work.
• The role also involves client communication, record maintenance, and coordination with onshore teams to ensure smooth end-to-end execution.
• Good Communication Skills Word processing (Typing) skills both alpha and numerical High level attention to detail and accuracy Demonstrated delivery of high quality output Should have sound knowledge of Insurance industry Knowledge of technology and standard desk top packages: MS/Excel, MS/Word, Good written and spoken English is a must Ability to work under pressure Ability to respond to stretch situations of volume spikes as and when the need arises
