Job Details

Experience: A minimum of 5 years of combined experience in both digital marketing and project management . Proven experience managing projects in areas such as marketing automation and website content . Hands-on experience with project management tools like Jira or Workfront . Prior experience with a CRM tool as a secondary system is required. A strong background in the B2B sector and experience working with international clients . A solid understanding of compliance regulations such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR . ##

Responsibilities

• Manage digital projects from initiation to completion, with a primary focus on marketing automation and website page creation .
• Allocate and manage resources for dedicated teams, including Email Marketing and Web Content Editors .
• Utilize project management tools such as Jira or Workfront to track progress, timelines, and deliverables.
• Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with international regulations , including CAN-SPAM and GDPR .
• Collaborate with B2B international clients and stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and success metrics.
• Serve as a point of contact for all project-related communications and issue resolution.
• Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) as a secondary resource for project insights and data.
