About the Role

About the internship: Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Client Accountability & Delivery Support - Monitor active clients daily. Track if they have submitted their workouts, nutrition logs, and End-of-Day (EOD) updates. Proactively call and follow up with lagging clients, so they stay on track. 2.

Sales & Enrollment Calling - Call warm, interested leads who have enquired about our fitness programs. Explain our structure, answer questions, and help guide them through the enrollment process. 3. Data Management - Maintain clear tracking sheets of client progress and sales calling pipelines, so operations run seamlessly.

Requirements

Additional information: Stipend Structure: Fixed pay: ₹ 8,000 /month Incentive pay: ₹ 5,000 /month Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of ₹ 240000 to 360000/year
