Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day E-commerce operations and ensure smooth coordination with internal teams and external vendors • Execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels in line with brand objectives • Coordinate with creative agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders for campaign implementation and follow-ups • Support store branding and Visual Merchandising (VM) activities across showroom locations • Monitor and maintain brand consistency across marketing materials and store displays • Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns, promotions, and engagement activities • Prepare and maintain campaign performance reports and marketing updates for management review • Coordinate product listings, promotions, and operational activities related to E-commerce platforms • Support showroom events, promotional campaigns, and branding initiatives • Track campaign execution timelines and ensure timely completion of deliverables • Work closely with operations, showroom, and management teams to support business objectives • Maintain marketing documentation, vendor records, and campaign tracking reports • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer engagement insights • Support the team in improving brand visibility and customer experience across platforms
