Education Counselor (Sales)

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective students through calls and messages to explain available courses and programs. - Understand students' goals and guide them in choosing the most suitable course. - Follow up with interested students and assist them throughout the admission process. - Maintain accurate records of student interactions and update lead details in the system. - Work towards achieving weekly and monthly enrollment targets. - Resolve basic queries related to courses, fees, admissions, and the enrollment process. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for newly enrolled students. - Build and maintain positive relationships with students by providing timely support and guidance.
