About the Role

About the internship: 1. Assist in organizing and running on-ground hiring drives for our client in Hyderabad 2, Greet and manage candidates as they arrive, guiding them through the recruitment process and maintaining a smooth flow at the venue 3. Collect, sort, and organize candidate resumes, ensuring each is properly recorded and filed 4.

Help candidates fill out registration and application forms accurately and completely 5. ), checking them for completeness 6. Ensure candidates are well-prepared before their interviews or assessments, briefing them on what to expect 7. Coordinate between candidates and the recruitment team to keep each stage of the drive running on schedule 8.

Maintain accurate records and trackers of candidate attendance, submissions, and status throughout the day 9. Handle candidate queries and provide clear information about the process 10.
