This role acts as the first point of contact for onshore leads and managers while supporting the HRBP, APAC to provide guidance to offshore managers, advising on a wide range of HR matters.

The Associate HRBP will work closely with local team leads and managers to support the delivery of the people strategy, champion our company culture, and ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
