About the Role
As a NAPS Trainee, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment and placement of candidates for blue and grey collar jobs. This role will involve working closely with clients and candidates to understand their requirements and preferences, and matching suitable candidates to job opportunities.
Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various job openings - Coordinate interviews and assessments for potential candidates - Conduct reference checks and background verifications as required - Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates - Provide administrative support to the recruiting team as needed - Assist in the onboarding process for newly placed candidates - Keep updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices Good to have values: - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills - Team player with a positive attitude - Knowledge of blue and grey collar job market trends We are looking for a motivated individual who is eager to learn and grow in the recruitment field. ##
