Responsibilities

• Support evaluation of leasing and lending opportunities by gathering and analyzing relevant data.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing lease terms and financing agreements under guidance from senior team members.
• Manage and maintain lease and loan documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct basic market research and feasibility studies to support new leasing and lending projects.
• Ensure adherence to legal, compliance, and regulatory standards in all transactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business development and operational initiatives.
• Provide assistance to senior associates and managers across leasing and lending activities, gaining exposure to end-to-end processes.
