**Role Description:**
The Information Technology Administrator will be responsible for technical support, network administration, system administration, troubleshooting, and other information technology tasks.
· Troubleshooting Windows and Mac OS, including various applications.
· Device management, system administration, and vigilance over security and vulnerabilities.
· Deploying software and patches, with a keen eye for troubleshooting any setbacks.
· Setting up, configuring, and troubleshooting Office 365 products, OneDrive, and Outlook User Management.
· Possessing hands\-on experience in computer installation and adeptly handling repairs on Apple, Dell, HP, and Lenovo devices.
**Qualifications:**
· Come with a wealth of experience in Office 365 Administration.
· Are proficient in managing computer equipment installations, relocations, upgrades, and decommissions.
· Excel in documentation and are skilled at creating and maintaining knowledge base articles.
· Strong technical support and troubleshooting skills.
· Experience in network and system administration
· Strong understanding of information technology
· Excellent communication and problem\-solving skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
· Certifications in information technology, such as CompTIA A\+, Network\+, or Security\+, are a plus.
