Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide technical support for GPS devices and software, troubleshooting issues and offering effective solutions - Guide customers through installations, updates, and other technical processes - Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
