About the Role

1. Execute buy/sell orders promptly and accurately as instructed by traders with minimal execution delays. 2. Maintain high levels of focus, attentiveness, and concentration during market hours to ensure error-free order execution. 3.

Possess sound knowledge of Futures & Options (F&O), specifically in index derivatives, including Nifty, Bank Nifty, and Sensex. 4. Monitor order status continuously and coordinate with traders to ensure timely execution, modifications, and cancellations when required. 5.

Ensure accurate punching of trades while adhering to internal risk management policies and exchange guidelines. 6. Maintain fast and efficient typing speed to support high-frequency order execution during volatile market conditions. 7. Have working knowledge and hands-on experience with trading platforms/software such as NEST, ODIN, XTS, and Greeksoft. 8.

Track live market movements, market depth, and price fluctuations to support seamless trade execution. 9. Maintain proper trade records and assist in reconciliation activities whenever required. 10. Communicate effectively with traders, operations teams, and risk departments for smooth workflow coordination. 11.

Follow strict confidentiality standards regarding trading strategies, client data, and company information. 12. Demonstrate the ability to perform efficiently under pressure, especially during high-volume and volatile trading sessions. 13. Ensure compliance with exchange regulations, company policies, and operational procedures at all times. 14.

Report execution issues, software glitches, or trade discrepancies immediately to the concerned team members.
