As a Data Analyst II in HR Analytics at Honeywell, you will utilize your expertise in data analysis to generate insights that inform HR decision\-making and drive organizational performance. Your role centers around designing and deploying Oracle OTBI reports and dashboards to deliver data\-driven insights that enhance HR processes, employee engagement, and workforce planning. You will be instrumental in identifying trends through advanced report design, leading to strategic HR initiatives and improvements.
Your role will also include overseeing, supervising and reviewing tasks performed by team members to ensure effective execution of work; managing end‑to‑end processes and projects for both internal and external clients with responsibility for timely and accurate delivery; issuing clear instructions and directions to team members on tasks to be performed; and mentoring and guiding junior colleagues to support their skill development, professional growth, and overall success
